Once you’ve defined your garment and explored our capabilities, LabwearOS helps you turn it into a digital Tech Pack and move smoothly into production.
Pre-Engineered Options
Choose from our pre-engineered fabrics and details. These standardized options are already tested and optimized — which means faster sampling, smoother production, and lower MOQs.
Custom Requests
Looking for something unique? Use the comment fields to request custom fabrics or details not listed. We can build almost anything, but MOQs and lead times may be higher depending on your request.
Create your Tech Pack on LabwearOS
It’s as easy as it gets! Simply follow the design flow step by step and ensure you upload high quality files and provide accurate design specifications.
Be aware: low-quality or incomplete submissions may be rejected, delaying your order. Submit when you’re ready.
1. Measurements
Select a pre-engineered fit, fill in the custom measurement chart or upload a cutting pattern for every size.
2. Fabrics
Using our pre-engineered fabrics speeds up production and lowers MOQs, while custom fabrics may increase both lead times and quantities.
3. Dyeing Techniques
Select from a range of dyeing techniques and the full Pantone TCX color range. Pantone TCX colors are specifically developed for fashion and ensure accurate colors on textiles.
4. Labels
Upload your logos for neck and care label. Choose the material of the label and where we should attach it.
5. Graphics & Prints
Upload vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) or high-resolution JPG/PNGs for best results. Clearly show placement, size, colors, and technique so nothing is left to guesswork.
6. Finishing Options
Select finishing options like construction, sunfade, or distressing. Use the comment boxes to request further customization.
7. Sampling
Decide whether you want a digital sample for faster approval or a physical sample to review before bulk production. Input your desired quantities per size for accurate quotations.

8. MOQ
Labwear Studios accepts orders starting from 50 units per style, with variations depending on fabric type and complexity.
