Fit
Pre-engineered Fits
Our pre-engineered fits are based on the most commonly requested silhouettes from brands worldwide. Developed through extensive community feedback, these fits provide a strong foundation.
Custom Fit
If you need adjustments or a fully unique fit, our custom fit tool lets you input specific measurements, and we’ll develop a cutting pattern. This may include the creation of custom panels, pockets, and cuts.

Fabric
Pre-engineered Fabric
We offer a selection of 20+ high-quality fabrics, ranging from 185GSM cotton jersey to 500GSM French terry. These fabrics are on stock in our warehouse, enabling rapid turnaround times.
Custom Fabric
For brands needing something specific, we provide custom fabric development. Our team works with you to create knitted fabrics that meet your exact requirements. Fabric production typically takes 4-5 weeks, with a minimum order quantity of 250 pieces.

Dyes
Standard Colours:
Black, white, and heather gray colorways are dyed in a fabric dye process after the fabric is knitted into rolls and before the pattern cutting.
Custom Colors/Washes:
Garment Dye with Reactive Dyes:
This method dyes fully constructed garments using reactive dyes, which chemically bond with the fabric for vibrant, long-lasting colors and excellent wash fastness.
Garment Dye with Fadeout Dyes:
The garment is first dyed, then subjected to a second wash with potassium permanganate, which partially removes dye to create a soft, faded, vintage effect.
Prints
We have a wide range of printing techniques:
DTG
uses inkjet technology to spray ink directly onto the fabric, allowing for highly detailed, full-color designs with gradients and photo-like precision.
Screen Print
uses stencils and layers of ink pushed through a mesh screen onto fabric. It’s cost-effective in large quantities and different types of inks create a range of textures.

How to add it
Use our Illustrator template in the embellishment section on OS and select a technique for each of the designs in your file.
Embroideries & Patches
Embroidery
is a stitching technique that decorates fabric by sewing thread directly onto the garment, creating textured, durable designs.
Patches
are made from laser cut pieces of fabric or pre-made embroideries that are sewn onto garments.
How to add it
Use our Illustrator template in the embellishment section on OS and select a technique for each of the designs in your file.
Distressing
Distressing
involves hand-finishing techniques like sanding, cutting, and fraying to create a worn, vintage look while maintaining garment integrity.
How to add it
Either select our pre-engineered distressing on OS or mark all the edges or areas that you want distressed on an Illustrator mockup file. Additionally provide as many reference pictures as possible.
Spraying
Sunfade
is a process where bleach gets sprayed in specific areas of the garment making these areas appear as if the color faded through long sun exposure over time.
Pigment Spraying
is an effect where color pigments get sprayed on the garment to give it an aged/discolored look.
How to add it
Mark all areas on your mockup where you want spray applied and give us as many reference pictures as possible to show the intensity and color of the spray.
