Fit

Pre-engineered Fits

Our pre-engineered fits are based on the most commonly requested silhouettes from brands worldwide. Developed through extensive community feedback, these fits provide a strong foundation.

Custom Fit

If you need adjustments or a fully unique fit, our custom fit tool lets you input specific measurements, and we’ll develop a cutting pattern. This may include the creation of custom panels, pockets, and cuts.

Fabric

Pre-engineered Fabric

We offer a selection of high-performance polyester fabrics, including hexagonal mesh for optimal ventilation and interlock fabrics for optimal stretch and durability. These fabrics are on stock in our warehouse, enabling rapid turnaround times.

Custom Fabric

For brands needing something specific, we provide custom fabric sourcing. Our team works with you to source custom fabrics that meet your exact requirements. Fabric production typically takes 6-8 weeks, with a minimum order quantity of 250-1000m.

Fabric Colours

Standard Colors:

Black and white colorways are dyed in a fabric dye process after the fabric is knitted into rolls and before the pattern cutting. White fabrics are used as a base for sublimation.

Custom Colors/Washes (available soon):

Garment Dye with Mineral Dyes: This method dyes fully constructed garments using eco-friendly mineral dyes in a range of earthy, muted colors.

Sublimation

Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye onto synthetic fabrics, turning solid dye into gas without passing through a liquid state. It creates vibrant, permanent prints that become part of the fabric itself and allows for all-over, edge-to-edge designs, making it ideal for detailed, full-color coverage.

Prints

Heat transfers use heat and pressure to apply pre-printed designs onto fabric using a special transfer paper or film. This method allows for good stretch and recovery, and a wide range of finishes—including reflective prints that enhance visibility by reflecting light—making them popular for activewear.

Labels

We offers 2 different label types:

- Neck Print

You can choose how the labels should be applied:

- Inseam Loop (under neck-tape)
